Transition To High School Night At TC Williams Planned
Middle schoolers can learn how they can prepare for their freshman year of high school and get a free pizza dinner.

WEST END ALEXANDRIA, VA - From The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria: Are you wondering about high school life? Not sure what steps to take to be college-ready? Join the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria and other middle school families for “Transition to High School Planning Night” on Wednesday, January 24 at Minnie Howard. High school is right around the corner, and it is never too early to start thinking about college! Come learn about classes to take in 9th grade, steps to take now in order to be college-ready, and how to access college-planning resources at T.C. Williams.
Join us for a free pizza dinner and also information session about the new George Washington University and
ACPS Academy of Health Sciences partnership at 6:00pm. The main presentation will begin in the auditorium at 6:30. This program is open to all ACPS middle school families who are looking to gain a better understanding about navigating the differences between middle school and high school.
Free interpretation and child care will be available with FACE Center registration at http://www.acps.k12.va.us/face-centers/
