Christmas Day Meals And Volunteer Opportunities In Washington
Whether you're in need of a warm meal, or looking to help out your neighbors on Christmas, there are plenty of options on Dec. 25.
SEATTLE, WA — If you need a little help this holiday season or are looking for some ways to give back this Christmas, there are some great opportunities around Puget Sound this year. Here are nine ways to get involved on Dec. 25, 2019.
Tent City 5 Christmas Breakfast
8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
1601 15th Ave W, Seattle
Amrita Seattle will cook and serve breakfast and hot beverages on Christmas morning for those living at Tent City 5 in the Ballard area. Volunteers are welcome, and anyone wishing to bring along items to donate can consult the wish list on the organization's website.
2019 Holiday Feast
9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Washington Hall (153 14th Avenue, Seattle)
Seattle chefs, restaurants, and businesses are encouraged to donate food for the all-day Christmas community feast, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to those in need.

Delivering a Difference
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Occidental Square, Seattle
Delivering a Difference and Cozy Connections will be handing out food and warm clothing to those in need on Christmas. The group will gather in Seattle's Occidental Square at 10 a.m.
The Welcome Table
12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
SW Roxbury & 15 Ave SW (White Center)
KHN and the Westside Interfaith Network will serve up Christmas meals to low-income families and those experiencing homelessness. They are seeking volunteers to bring food and help serve meals. Donations of clothing or hygiene items are also encouraged. Parking is available behind the Bartell Drugs.

REACH Annual Christmas Meal
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Luther's Table (419 S 2nd St, Renton)
REACH is hosting its annual Christmas meal, and all are welcome to come grab a hot holiday meal at no cost. Those interested in volunteering can learn more and sign up on the event page.
Community Christmas Dinner
2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Eatonville Family Agency (305 Center St. W, Eatonville)
The 3rd annual free dinner event packs a full Christmas menu of baked ham, roasted potatoes, and more. Volunteers are welcome, and dessert donations are appreciated.
12th Annual Operation Care Package
3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Goodwill (700 S Dearborn St, Seattle)
Still Keepin It 100 Entertainment will be giving out care packages to the less fortunate on Christmas afternoon. Anyone interested in donating items can bring them to the Goodwill store on South Dearborn Street. Suggested items include warm clothing, shoes, coats, hats, socks, and blankets.
Christmas Community Dinner
5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Evergreen Church On The Hill (10118 249th St. E, Graham)
Evergreen Church will serve up a free community dinner for all who wish to attend. Festivities will include Christmas carols.
Wednesday Community Dinner
6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
14205 215th Ave E (Bonney Lake)
The Prairie Ridge Community Coalition's weekly Wednesday Community Dinner will go on as usual on Christmas evening. Come share a meal and make some new friends.
