Bellevue Real Estate: The Cheapest House In Town

This is the least expensive home available in Bellevue, according to Realtor.com. You'll still need a jumbo loan to get it.

BELLEVUE, WA - OK, so the local housing market is pretty hot ... if by hot you mean dipped in lava. We usually post about a local Wow! house - an amazing and expensive local home for sale - but we were curious what the least expensive home in Bellevue looks like.

Well, according to Realtor.com, this is it: an 1,100 square-foot 60-year-old rambler. At over $500,000, it's not exactly "cheap," but it'll do.

From Realtor.com: "Newly re-finished hardwoods floors and fresh interior paint help make this Eastgate rambler on a large level lot ready for buyers to move-in, update, remodel or rent out as their new home is being designed and permitted. Highly rated Bellevue Schools, minutes to Bellevue College and quick access to I-90 and I-405 for commuting to Seattle, Bellevue or Issaquah. High efficiency gas furnace, gas water tank and Mitsubishi AC and ductless heater all less than a year old. First time on market in 41 years."
