Bellevue Towers Sells Two Units: Sold in Bellevue

Two condominium units recently sold at Bellevue Towers, according to AOL Real Estate.

The first, which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sold for $779,200 and the second, which had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold for $916,800.

Bellevue Towers is a luxury condominium complex on the corner of 106th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 4th Avenue with 42 stories in its North Tower and 43 stories in its South Tower. Amenities include a resident great room, a fitness center, a screening room and a rooftop garden.

Another unit in Bellevue Towers sold for $1.05 million earlier this year.
