The Future Of Lake Tapps: 25 Acres For Sale In Bonney Lake

Perhaps the largest piece of land on Lake Tapps is now up for sale. Part of the property will be zoned for mixed-use development.

BONNEY LAKE, WA - At $11 million, this large chunk of land on Lake Tapps is out of reach for mere mortals. But local residents should watch this property for what it one day might become.

Approximately half the parcel will be zoned for commercial/mixed-use (CMU). Bonney Lake hasn't defined what that might look like, but in most areas, CMU zoning means buildings that contain both living units and stores.

Keep a close eye on this land - it could be the site of the first commercial development on the south end of Lake Tapps.
