Edmonds Man Has Been Missing For A Week

EDMONDS, WA — Local police are looking for a 22-year-old Edmonds man who hasn't been seen since leaving his home earlier this month, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.

Ruben Babak was seen leaving his Meadowdale-area home along the 15600 block of 48th Avenue West around 2 a.m. on Aug. 6. Police say Baba is 5'11", has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray sweater and jeans.

In an unrelated case, police are looking for another Snohomish County man who disappeared on Aug. 6. Nicholas Williams, 20, met a friend in Leavenworth for lunch on a trip home from central Washington. Williams told friends he was taking an alternate route home, but he hasn't been seen since. He is 6'1", with brown hair and eyes, and was driving a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse with the Washington license plate number BFM5818.
