Edmonds School District will only be offering our Highly Capable Program for students/families who choose full time in-person learning for the 2021-22 school year. The district provided online (fully remote) option will not be offered as a Highly Capable Program. Any Highly Capable Program family/student choosing the district provided online learning program for next school year will be able to re-enter the Highly Capable Program at the semester, or at the start of the 2022-23 school year without additional testing. Online learning programs The online learning programs offered by the district will be different from the 2020-21 school year’s remote learning model. Students will not be enrolled in their current school/special program(s). Instead, these online learning programs will be their own schools with their own teachers and staff.
