Free Water Saving Kits Available In Edmonds
The free products include indoor and outdoor fixtures to save water.

EDMONDS, WA - The city Public Works Department is giving out free water-saving fixtures while supplies last. The water-saving kits are available at the department's main counter while supplies last.
Here's what the department is giving out:
Indoor kit

- One white-colored showerhead (rated at 1.75 gallons per minute)
- Two fixed faucet aerators (each rated at 1.0 gallon per minute) for bathroom or utility sinks.
- One small roll of Teflon tape.
Outdoor kit
- One heavy-duty garden hose nozzle featuring seven different types of sprays.
- Automatic shut-off watering timer device for use with lawn sprinklers or drip irrigation hoses.

- Flared chrome showerheads (rated at 1.75 gallons per minute)
- Dual spray swivel kitchen faucet aerator (rated at 1.5 gallons per minute).
- Moisture meters that indicate the level of soil moisture and help prevent overwatering or underwatering.
Pick up the supplies at the Edmonds Public Works office, 7110 210th St. SW 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
