Gross HOV Dummy Found During WSP Emphasis
HOV lane dummies are illegal ... and creepy. WSP is conducting an HOV enforcement this week.

LYNNWOOD, WA - Washington State Patrol is conducting an HOV violation emphasis this week. On Wednesday morning, a trooper pulled over the first HOV dummy.
If you're unfamiliar with this practice, it's when a single driver puts something in the passenger seat to make it look like they have a passenger. These dummies are almost always a horror show, and the one found Wednesday is no exception.
This lumpy dummy (with a mask on?) was found with a driver in the HOV lanes along southbound I-5. The emphasis runs Sept. 10 to 14 from southern Snohomish County south to Pierce County.

Don't be an HOV dummy, and please don't create one.
UPDATE: A second HOV dummy was located on Tuesday:

Don’t be fooled by this “dummy”, they won’t be able to produce any identification! The driver of this car was stopped by one our WSP for HOV violation SB I-5 in Lynnwood this morning. #creepy #hovemphasis pic.twitter.com/ESa4XyNLjU
