Missing 19-Year-Old Sought In Snohomish County

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 19-year-old with a history of mental health issues who left his family's Everett home in mid-December and hasn't been seen since.

Ndayisaba John was last seen wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, gray cargo pants and no shoes, the Everett Police Department said. He has a history of mental health issues and his family is worried about his welfare.

John was described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen in North Everett.

Anyone who sees John should call 911, authorities said.
