Naked And Afraid, Again: Local Man Returns To Discovery TV Show
Seattle area resident Max Djenohan, 29, will make his second appearance on the Discovery show "Naked and Afraid" this weekend.

EDMONDS, WA - This time, Max Djenohan will still be naked, but perhaps he'll be a little less afraid.
The Edmonds native will appear this Sunday in the 10th season of the Discovery show "Naked and Afraid." Djenohan was part of season 9 when he competed in a 14-day survival challenge in the buff.
In his episode this season, Djenohan will spend 21 days in a Panama jungle. He recently spoke to a Kansas City radio station about the experience. It's not the embarrassment of being naked that's bad, he said, but the exposure to the elements.

"Having clothes, having some sort of barrier between you and the outside world, you really take it for granted," he said. "It's a trip."
If you're not familiar with the show: two people, a man and a woman, are dropped in a strange wilderness totally naked for 21 days. Cameras follow the duo as they search for food and water. They are allowed to piece together clothing from whatever they find in the wild.

Contestants can quit before the end of 21 days. But if they make it through all three weeks, they have to navigate back to a rendezvous point.
Djenohan, 29, appeared on the show last season after Discovery producers reached out to him through Instagram. His account is full of photos of him snowboarding around the Seattle area.
His episode premiers on Sunday, and Djenohan will host a screening at the Edmonds Theater at 7 p.m.

After getting kicked from this spot a few days before. I came back in the cover of darkness to set up this iconic handrail. With only a few hours of sleep, I was anxious that A: The set up would be destroyed before the session, or B: Someone else would get the first descent on this banger. With the team set @wearerebellion @cascadecreatives We moved in bright and early to capture this framer. After some back and forth with security we got kicked, but not before we stacked some clips and got this shot @686 @casualindustrees @nomadgloves @boardworkstechshop @seattle.bucketlist @bataleonsnowboards @switchbackbindings
