National Night Out 2019: 14 Events In Edmonds, Snohomish County
There are more than a dozen National Night Out events planned for Edmonds and surrounding cities. Find the one closest to you.
EDMONDS, WA — Aug. 6 is the National Night Out across the U.S., and there are over 100 cities in Washington holding one or more events, including plenty in the Edmonds area.
The night offers a chance to meet with police and prevent crime. But Night Out is also a chance to get to know your neighbors, share food, have fun, and even enjoy live music. Here are some events happening near you, including ones sponsored by cities and local groups.
City events
- Edmonds, Seaview Park, 6:30 p.m.
- Darrington, 1015 Seeman St, Darrington, 3 p.m.
- Everett, Eastmont neighborhood, 8731 Gothic Way, 5 p.m.
- Everett, South Pointe neighborhood, 10330 4th Ave W, 4:30 p.m.
- Everett, Wyngate neighborhood, Wyngate Playground Park, 6 p.m.
- Echo Lake/Lost Lake, 13306 Lost Lake Road, Snohomish, 4 p.m.

Live music, free hot dogs, corn on the cob and lemonade! Sheriff's Office helicopter, motorcycles, boats and more, plus fire trucks, and other emergency response vehicles will be onsite.
Gold Bar Family Grocer, 1111 Croft Ave., 6:30 p.m.

A parade will start at the family grocer and head to Gold Bar Elementary School where city staff will host a free BBQ. There will be many local vendors at the school with entertainment and games.
Granite Falls, 115 N Granite Ave., 4 p.m.
There will be free hot dogs, a bouncy house, free Child ID cards, petting animals, a fire hose, games and prizes, and much more!
Snohomish Boys and Girls Club, 402 2nd St., 5:30 p.m.
There will be many local vendors, free food, games for kids and much more!
Stanwood, 27225 90th Ave. Northwest, 6 p.m.
The Sheriff’s Office K9 unit, Search and Rescue, helicopter and volunteers will join deputies from the Stanwood Police Department. There will also be a bouncy house, live music, free food, face painting and much more!
Sultan River Park Pavilion, 5 p.m.
