Public Memorial Planned for Former Chief Marlo Foster

There will be a public memorial service on March 8, 2013 for retired Edmonds Police Chief Marlo Foster, who passed away on Feb. 11, 2013.  The service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 6215 196^th St SW in Lynnwood starting at 1:00 PM.  A reception will follow the service. 

The family requests donations in lieu of flowers be sent to the Parkinson's Foundation, 400 Mercer Street Seattle, WA 98109.
