After Nearly A Year, Wapiti Woolies May Have Found A Buyer
Wapiti Woolies, the loved outdoor store along SR 410 in Greenwater, has been on the market since last fall.
ENUMCLAW, WA — It appears the beloved all-purpose store Wapiti Woolies has found a buyer after almost a year on the real estate market.
As Patch reported in October, the store is famous for its wool hats, which have been worn by climbers like like Ed Viesturs and Phil and Sue Ershler. The hats have been worn on countless hikes in the cascades, and even to the top of Mt. Everest.
According to Realtor.com, the store has been marked "pending," which means a buyer has made an offer on the property.
