Buckley Police: DUI Driver Collides with Fence, and Two Assaults Reported at Rainier School

Aug. 21, 2013
Bike Found: A bicycle was found on S Cedar on the walking trail near 112th at 12 p.m. It was placed in police evidence.
Theft: One person was arrested for third-degree theft after police responded to the 29300 block of State Route 410 at 8:15 p.m.
Aug. 23, 2013
Assault: Police responded to the Rainier School at 11:03 a.m. for a report of a client on client assault. The case was being forwarded to investigations for review.

Assault: Police responded to the Rainier School at 8:45 a.m. for a report of a client on client assault.
DUI: Police arrested a driver for DUI following a traffic stop on State Route 410 at Lower Cemetery Road at 11:05 p.m. for following too closely.

DUI: A 62-year-old driver was arrested for DUI after colliding with a fence on the 29200 block of 112th Street E at 10:43 a.m.

Drug Arrest: Police arrested a 29-year-old Enumclaw man for possession of heroin after responding to the 29200 block of State Route 410 at 11:49 a.m.

Residential Burglary: A resident on the 800 block of Spaulding Cl reported damage to their residence that was under construction.
