Enumclaw Police: Burglar Steals $2,000 in Cash
The following information for Tuesday, July 30, and Wednesday, July 31, was provided by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, July 30
Suspicious Person: Around 1:30 a.m., a resident in the 1000 block of Loraine Street reported hearing noises in her carport and saw a subject shining a flashlight into the basement windows of the neighboring house. Extra patrol requested.
Alcohol Offense: Around 3:15 a.m., police contacted subjects sleeping inside a car parked at the library. One person was taken into custody for MIP.

Burglary: Around 3:15 a.m., police responded to a burglary in the 1300 block of Roosevelt Avenue East. The thief stole $2,000 in cash and $90 in merchandise.
Motor Vehicle Accident: Police responded to a two-car collision with injuries near Roosevelt Avenue and Semanski Street around 5 p.m.

Suspicious Person: Police responded to a suspicious vehicle near Charwila Lane and Harmony Lane around 8:25 p.m. One subject was taken into custody on two outstanding felony warrants. The subject was taken to King County Jail.
Wednesday, July 31
Warrant Arrest: Around 6 p.m., police arrested a subject in the 1100 block of Griffin Avenue with an outstanding felony warrant out of Seattle for residential burglary.
