Enumclaw Police: RVs Prowled in Storage Area, Flag Stolen, Mail Tampering Suspected
The following information from Sept. 18 to Sept. 25 was provided by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 18, 2013
Property Damage: A citizen reported at 4:46 a.m. that someone had thrown all his potted plants on his porch into his yard.
Shoplifting: Police arrested a shoplifting suspect at about 2:45 p.m. after a theft was reported at a business on the 800 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 10:26 a.m.
Theft: An American flag was reported stolen from the 1000 block of Garfield Street at 3:39 p.m.
Batteries were reported stolen from a camping trailer on the 2200 block of Stevenson Avenue at 4:51 p.m.
Sept. 19, 2013
Shoplifting: A suspect was trespassed from a business on the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue after an attempted shoplifting was reported at 4:06 a.m.
Property Damage: Extra patrol was requested for a property on the 2900 block of Porter Street after a window was broken in the rear of the residence.
Mail Tampering: A citizen reported finding their opened mail down the street on the 2700 block of Elmont Avenue at 7:12 p.m.

Vehicle Prowl: Several items were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1300 block of Franklin Street in a prowl that was reported at 4:15 a.m.
Animal Complaint: King County Animal Control responded to the 1200 block of Kibler Avenue to pick up a dog after a report at 7:24 a.m. of a loose dog that was aggressive toward other dogs. It had no collar or tags.
Welfare Check: Police responded to the 700 block of Myrtine Street at 10:30 p.m. for a report of an intoxicated subject on the group. The person was escorted to her home after an evaluation.

Found Property: A bike and bike frame was found in a ditch on the 28400 block of SE 440th Street at 4:25 p.m. and were taken to city shops for storage.
DUI: A driver was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Warner Avenue at Birch Drive at 11:15 p.m.
Sept. 22, 2013
Vehicle Prowls: Police responded to an RV storage area on Hamilton Place at 244th Avenue S.E. at 10:44 a.m. for a report several vehicles were damaged and items taken.
Theft: A citizen reported at 11:30 a.m. that a pressure washer was stolen from their property on the 1800 block of Marion Street.
Vehicle Prowl: A citizen reported at 7 p.m. that a vehicle prowl occurred earlier on the 1400 block of Roosevelt Avenue. Damages to the vehicle total about $200 and items taken include a subwoofer and backpack.

Property Damage: Two doors to an apartment on the 100 block of Leo Place were reported damaged at 7:20 p.m. Nothing appeared to have been taken from inside. Damages to the doors total about $200 each.
Sept. 24, 2013
Property Damage: A citizen reported at 12:09 p.m. that someone had damaged her tires on the 700 block of Myrtine Street.
Theft: A suspect was arrested for third-degree theft and trespassed from a property on the 2900 block of Fredricksen Street at 9:49 p.m.
Disturbance: A man was trespassed from a home on the 1500 block of Sorenson Avenue after a report he was causing a disturbance trying to gain entry to the residence at 11:26 p.m.

Tough Talk: Police responded to the 2300 block of Roosevelt Avenue at about 6 p.m. upon a request from a parent to talk to her child about her involvement in thefts at school.
Theft: Police made an arrest for third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault at 6:38 p.m. at a location on the 800 block of Roosevelt Avenue.
Police arrested a shoplifter at a business on the 800 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 7:20 p.m.
