Enumclaw Police: Theft from Motor Home During Music Festival, Kids Left Unattended in Vehicle, and an Assault Arrest
The following information from August 13 to August 18 was provided by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

August 13, 2013
Theft from Vehicle: A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Griffin Avenue at 6:38 p.m.
August 14, 2013
Vehicle Prowl: Police responded to the 300 block of Bondgard Avenue East at 1:48 a.m. for a report of a vehicle prowl in progress. No suspects were found on the location and nothing appeared to have been stolen.
Noisy Neighbors: Police responded twice to the 900 block of Myrtine Street at 3:03 a.m. and then again at 4:02 a.m. for a report of loud music. They were warned a third response would result in an arrest and the shutdown of the party.
Vehicle Theft: A citizen reported at 1:48 p.m. their vehicle was stolen while it was parked on the 1300 block of Roosevelt Avenue East.
Vehicle Prowl: Medication and miscellaneous jewelry were taken from a motor home during CreationFest and reported at 2:57 p.m. Someone appeared to have entered the home to steal the items.
August 15, 2013
Property Damage: Police received a report of damage to a mailbox on the 200 block of Almadon Street at 12 p.m.
Kids and Cars: Police responded to the 2300 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 3:47 p.m. for a report of several unattended children in a vehicle - all under age 3. The mother was counseled.
Assault: A man was arrested for an assault after police responded to the 700 block of Watson Street North at 5:09 p.m.
Shoplifting: A suspect was taken into custody for theft and possession of stolen property after police responded to a business on the 1000 block of Monroe Avenue at 10:25 p.m.
August 16, 2013
Theft: Police received a report at 9:57 a.m. regarding theft from and damage to a bank-owned home on the 42800 block of 268th Avenue S.E.
No Soliciting: Police contacted several children who were selling candy door to door without a permit in the area of the 1200 block of Berilla Drive at 6:45 p.m. They were leaving the area.
August 17, 2013
Theft: A cell phone was reported stolen at 10:26 a.m. from the 2300 block of Jensen Street.
Property Damage: A man was arrested for malicious mischief and public disturbance after police responded to a business on the 1500 block of Cole Street at 6:17 p.m. on a report he threw something at an employee.
August 18, 2013
Theft: A citizen reported items were taken from his home on the 1700 block of Harding Street at 2:21 p.m.
Theft: A resident on the 2000 block of McHugh Avenue reported at 7:08 p.m. seeing a suspicious greet F150 pick up truck possible taking items from a neighbor's home. Police follow up revealed a gas can valued at about $37 was stolen.
