The Hearing is on the Berge Right-of-Way Vacation Petition.

If you wish to speak during the Public Hearings please contact City Clerk, Maureen Burwell, mburwell@ci.enumclaw.wa.us or at 360-615-5608, prior to 4:00 p.m. on 3/8/21 for instructions on joining the meeting through Microsoft Teams videoconferencing. Written testimony and comments may also be e-mailed to the City Clerk at e-mail address above.

The Council agenda and packet with supporting documents for the Hearings can be found here. Please be advised that these are uploaded to the website on the Thursday afternoon prior to each meeting. For the 3/8 meeting, this will be Thursday, March 4.
