My Three Sons Shares Fresh, Home Style Goodness With Enumclaw

It's all about family at My Three Sons Restaurant and Bakery which opened quietly in Enumclaw this past July 6.

Owner Teresa Byrne indeed has three sons - any one of them helps out at the restaurant when they can, said niece/waitress/hostess Kendra Connor.

Byrne, who lives in Buckley but previously owned a restaurant with her mother in Tri-Cities, aims to serve as much freshly prepared food as possible, said Connor, from homemade jams and dressings to home sliced sandwich meats to homemade potato salad (grandma's recipe) and hand-cut fries.

Their sandwich breads come locally from Aaron Brenner's Bakery, and Byrne continues the tradition of giant homemade cinnamon rolls that are reportedly a crowd favorite at the senior center across the street.

They haven't done much advertising but in a close-knit community like Enumclaw, word of mouth is worth its weight in gold. "It's all fresh," said Connor. "The food speaks for itself."

Byrne takes her efforts out for a spin this weekend during the Enunclaw Street Fair where she'll be cooking up some smoked meats and providing free samples.

In the long run, she hopes to also work toward more BBQ offerings as well, said Connors

My Three Sons is located at 1343 Cole Street. Visit the restaurant's Facebook page for more information.
