What Enumclaw Wants: Bowling Alley, Motocross, Reiki
Last week, Patch asked Enumclaw residents what business they want in town. These are the results.

ENUMCLAW, WA - Last week, Patch.com went on Facebook and asked Enumclaw residents what business is needed - or desired - most in town. Of all the cities around Puget Sound where we asked this question, Enumclaw definitely gave the most interesting answers. In most places (Puyallup, Renton), the top request was for a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.
Not Enumclaw. Although we only received a handful of responses, it seems that there's a desire in the community for some type of recreation activity. Two people asked specifically for a bowling alley, but others asked for things like a motocross track, or a splash park for kids.
"Not a business, but a community center and spray park would be wonderful!" wrote Erin Badziong.

"Bowling alley or indoor sports center with restaurant and themed sports that can be switched around," wrote Heidi Ayers.
Of course, there were some requests for retail or new restaurants. One person asked for an In-N-Out Burger, the California-based chain with a fervent following (closest location: Medford, Ore.). Another person wanted a KFC (closest location: Bonney Lake), and another asked for a Cabela's-type store (closest Cabela's: Lacey).

Finally, one person asked for a reiki therapist in town. Good news, there's already one! StillPoint Reiki and Shamanic Healing is located out near Pinnacle Peak Park.
