Woman Pleads 'Not Guilty' After Deadly Crash Near Enumclaw
Crystal Mullin has been charged with vehicular homicide in connection to the December crash that left two dead.
ENUMCLAW, WA — The woman accused of vehicular homicide in connection to a crash that killed two people near Enumclaw in December has pleaded not guilty, according to a report. Crystal Mullin may have been speeding and impaired at the time of the crash, prosecutors say.
The crash happened along SR 164 near 196th Avenue Southeast early in the morning on Dec. 4. According to prosecutors, Mullin was driving well over the 50 MPH speed limit when she crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck.
Two people in the back seat — a 21-year-old and a 13-year-old — were ejected and died at the scene. The pickup truck driver and passenger were also hurt.
