Construction At Stinson/Rosedale Intersection Begins Wednesday

GIG HARBOR, WA — This City of Gig Harbor is asking drivers to be patient this week as crews finish a construction project at the intersection of Stinson Avenue and Rosedale Street NW.

According to the city, crews will be on scene and blocking off portions of the surrounding roadways Wednesday through Friday this week.

During that time, they'll be applying pavement striping and thermoplastic lettering.

On top of the intermittent closures the construction will have, the city is also asking drivers to be extra cautious in the area to avoid driving through the freshly painted markings.

The striping at the intersection is just one construction project planned for the area this month. The city says to expect other projects fixing landscaping issues, and installing new lights and beacons over the next few weeks.
