Missing For 4 Years: Gig Harbor Police Reignite Cold Case
Police are renewing calls for information that might lead to 42-year-old Michael Kittler, who vanished in May 2017.

GIG HARBOR, WA — It's been nearly four years since he vanished, but Gig Harbor police have not given up in their search for missing Michael Kittler.
According to officers, 42-year-old Kittler was last seen on May 22, 2017, when he left his Gig Harbor home. Friends or family say they haven't heard from him in the thousand-plus days since that happened, but officers say they aren't closing the case. Monday, they reissued a public plea for help, asking anyone who may have seen Kittler on the date of his disappearance — or at any time since — to come forward and share what they know.
Witnesses say that, at the time of his disappearance, Kittler was wearing a blue and white beanie, blue jeans, and a dark blue and green plaid shirt. He is described as a Caucasian male around 5'8" tall, around 175 lbs and with brown hair and eyes.
