Notice Of Public Hearing Amendment To The Development Agreement For The Village At Harbor Hill

Amendment to Existing Development Agreement. The amendment proposes to modify the following portions of the existing Development Agreement:

1. Provisions related to the funding and installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons; and
2. Amendments meant to clarify the inclusions of residential and affordable housing uses in accordance with the provision of GHMC 17.14.020 on the PCD-NB zoned portion of the site; and
3. Clarification of the funding and installation of frontage streetlights; and
4. Modification to the trip generation calculation methodology.

All persons will have an opportunity to present their oral comments at the virtual public hearing. Those wishing to submit written comments may do so at the hearing or by submitting them to Katrina Knutson, AICP, Director Community Development at kknutson@gigharborwa.gov or mail 3510 Grandview Drive, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. All written comments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14th, 2021.
