Notice is hereby given that the City of Gig Harbor City Council is holding a public hearing to solicit community feedback on an amendment to Shoreline Master Program Amendment: Public Art PL-COMP-21-0003. You are invited to provide comment to the City Council at the virtual hearing or in writing as outlined at the bottom of this notice.

Commenting:

All persons will have an opportunity to present their oral comments at the virtual public hearing. Those wishing to submit written comments may do so by submitting them to Carl de Simas, Senior Planner at CdeSimas@gigharborwa.gov or mail 3510 Grandview Drive, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. All written comments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14th, 2021.

As of March 16, 2020, at 12 PM noon, our Civic Center will be closed to the general public until further notice. Therefore, documents pertinent to this application are available for review and inspection online only using the City of Gig Harbor found at www.cityofgigharbor.net by clicking Permit Portal . Please contact Carl de Simas, Senior Planner at CdeSimas@gigharborwa.gov for questions regarding access to other documents pertinent to this application. A copy of the staff report on this proposal will be available at least seven days prior to the meeting. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant, and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost; copies will be provided at the requestor’s cost.
