The proposed Local Court Rule changes can be viewed here: Mandatory Electronic Filing The court will accept comments for 30 days commencing May 28, 2021. All comments regarding the proposed rule changes shall be directed to Stacy Colberg, Court Administrator, Gig Harbor Municipal Court (scolberg@gigharborwa.gov).The court will post all comments it receives to the court’s website. Once the comment period closes, the court will review all comments and may adopt, amend or reject the proposal as the court deems appropriate.
