Clover Park Schools Sending Home Annual Survey on Tuesday

The 2013-14 Impact Aid annual surveys will go home with students on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

All parents and guardians are asked to complete the form, sign and date it in ink and return it withyour student to school by Friday, Oct. 11.

The surveys are confidential and information obtained from the surveys allows Clover Park School District to obtain federal Impact Aid monies, which help to fund teachers, support staff, classroom computers, library books and other supplies and equipment in Clover Park schools.
