Deputies Search For Suspect In Early Morning Stabbing
The Pierce County Sheriff's Department says one person is injured and another on the loose after a stabbing in Tacoma.

TACOMA, WA — The Pierce County Sheriff's Department is looking for a suspect after a stabbing early Thursday morning in southern Tacoma.
According to the sheriff's department, the incident happened in the 2400 block or 96th St S just before 5 a.m.
Little is known about the attack, only that a 56-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and severely wounded. He has been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and is expected to recover. Deputies say they hope to interview the victim soon to learn more about exactly what happened.

No one has been arrested for the stabbing and the sheriff's department has yet to release a suspect description or motive.
