Joe Urvina and Patty Lazarus Talk Timely, Local Issues For Lakewood-JBLM Residents

Lazarus, an adoptive mother, writes about the completion of her adoption memoir.

"Eleven years after standing in the delivery room as my beautiful adopted daughter was born and six years after beginning to write my adoption story—my book has been published," she writes.
