Lakewood Farmers Market To Return Next Month

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the farmers market has pulled through and is returning to Fort Steilacoom Park this summer.

LAKEWOOD, WA — It's that time of the year once again! The Lakewood Farmer's Market is setting up to make its triumphant return next month.

The market will begin its 2021 season May 21, running every week this summer through September 24.

During that time, the market will be held at Fort Steilacoom Park from 2-6:30 p.m., just like prior years.

Despite the challenges the pandemic posed last year, this year's market looks to be returning in full force— with dozens of vendors from Brothers Farms produce to the Flavorworks food truck.

Applications are still open for anyone who wants to become a vendor.
