Lakewood Police Look For Hit-And-Run Driver Who Hurt Elderly Man
Police are hoping the public can help them catch a driver who ran down an elderly man and then took off.

LAKEWOOD, WA — The Lakewood Police Department is asking for the public's help catching a hit-and-run driver who hurt an elderly man last week.
According to police, the crash happened Thursday, at around 7 p.m. in the 3100 block of 89th Street.
Security footage from a nearby home shows the crash, in which a car, possibly be a Black Mercedes CL250, runs into an older man and leaves him lying in the road, injured.

The elderly man did survive the crash, the extent of his injuries are unknown. However, officers say he was hit so hard that the car should have some noticeable damage from the crash.
