Lakewood's Summer Concert Series Lineup Announced
Summer Nights at the Pavilion, scheduled for every Thursday between July 18 and Aug. 22, will showcase six local music acts for free.
LAKEWOOD, WA — City officials last week announced the lineup for the 2019 summer concert series, "Summer Nights at the Pavilion," which was expanded this year to six weekly concerts.
The free concerts will be held every Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., July 18 through Aug. 22, at Fort Steilacoom Park, located at 8714 87th Ave. S.W. in Lakewood.
Featuring local music acts from around Puget Sound, Summer Nights at the Pavilion will showcase the following bands:

- July 18: 313th Army Band (Dance, Rock, Pop)
- July 25: The Lonely Hearts Club (Beatles tribute)
- Aug. 1: Dakota Poorman (Country)
- Aug. 8: Stay Grounded Band (Reggae)
- Aug. 15: Justin Young Sax (Jazz)
- Aug. 22: Candy Shoppe (Disco, Funk, Soul, Dance, Pop)
