Registration Full For Tacoma Vaccine Clinic
As with earlier vaccination clinics, TPCHD's latest filled up in under half an hour.
PIERCE COUNTY, WA— The Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department will host yet another pop-up vaccination clinic this week.
Update: as of 9:28 a.m. Tuesday, registration for the event is full.
As has become tradition with these pop-up clinics, timing is tight and initial details are scarce. We know that registration will open at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, and that the clinic will be in Tacoma, but exactly where and when the vaccination clinic will be held has yet to be announced.

As with other TPCHD vaccination clinics, to qualify for a shot you should work or live in Pierce County. Applicants must also be in Phases 1A or 1B1 of the state's vaccination plan. That includes the following:
- Health care workers.
- Medical first responders.
- Residents and staff of long-term care facilities.
- Anyone 65 and older.
- Residents 50 or older and who live in a multigenerational household
Registration for the event opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday. When it opens, a link to apply will be posted on the health department's website at http://tpchd.org/vaxtothefuture.

In the past, slots for clinics have generally filled within a half-hour of registration opening, so for the best chance to secure a slot make sure you're checking for the link right at 9 a.m. on the dot.
