Thunderstorms Developing In Puget Sound: NWS
Some thunderstorms were seen moving through areas of Puget Sound just before 1 p.m. Tuesday.

LAKEWOOD, WA - The National Weather Service was tracking a few thunderstorms across Puget Sound on Tuesday just before 1 p.m. But forecasters predict that thunderstorms could happen throughout the afternoon.
According to NWS radar, the storms were moving east across the region south of Seattle, mostly between Kent and Olympia.
