Warmer, Drier Weather Ahead in Lakewood This Week

After a few weeks of April Showers, the upcoming week in Lakewood calls for a much drier and warmer weather.

The National Weather Service in Seattle is predicting plenty of sunshine with temperatures climbing to a high of 69 degrees on Wednesday.

Here’s the full forecast for this week:

• Monday: Sunny, with a high near 59. North northeast wind around 10 mph.
• Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 33. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable after midnight.
• Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 65. Light and variable wind becoming north, northeast 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
• Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. North wind 5 to 13 mph.
• Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 69. North northeast wind 3 to 7 mph.
• Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40.
• Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 65.
• Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 48.
• Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 62.
• Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 47.
