7-Eleven Offering Free Slurpees This Thursday

7-Eleven is celebrating its 86th birthday with free Slurpees from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 11.

Normally, we wouldn't advocate accepting free drinks from an 86-year-old, but we'll make an exception this time.

On Thursday, July 11, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7-Eleven will be celebrating its 86th year by upholding its annual tradition of offering free Slurpees.

At 12 ounces, this year's free drinks are nearly double the size of the previous 7.11 ounce free birthday Slurpees.

The closest 7-Eleven stores to Mercer Island are in Seattle and Bellevue.

There are all kinds of additional birthday goodies and more rampant Slurpee infatuation on the 7-Eleven Day official website.
