Cheapest Mercer Island Home Now $1.23 Million
To put it another way, this house costs $300,000 per bedroom.
MERCER ISLAND, WA - The Mercer Island housing market saw a little dip earlier this fall when the cheapest house on the island dipped to just $900,000, according to Realtor.com listings.
Well, the market's back.
The cheapest home for sale on the island right now is $1.23 million. It's a nice home, but it would probably sell for much, much, much less if it were in, say, North Bend or even Seattle. It doesn't even come with much of a Lake Washington view.
