Lost Cockatiel On Mercer Island

MERCER ISLAND, WA - Notice any strange birds hanging around Mercer Island recently? You might want to make a phone call.

A Mercer Island resident living in the Town Center area recently lost their cockatiel. The exotic bird was lost earlier this week near the Ellsworth House apartment building, 2720 76th Ave Southeast.

Time might be of the essence in this case. Cockatiels like desert-like conditions and are native to Australia. They like to live near water and, of course, food sources.
