Solomon Johnson, 21, is being remembered as "someone who could make you feel like the most important person in the world."

MERCER ISLAND, WA - The person killed Friday morning in a hit-and-run crash on Mercer Island has been identified. Solomon Johnson, 21, died when a car he was riding in was hit along West Mercer Way at the north end of Mercer Island. The two people in the vehicle that hit Johnson were later arrested.
The King County Medical Examiner listed Johnson's cause of death as multiple blunt force injuries and the manner as accident. Johnson's friends and family have since set up a memorial fund for him.
"If you had the privilege of knowing Solomon, you will know that are not enough words to give his life and his imprint on this world justice. Solomon was truly the kind of person who, whether he knew you for 5 minutes or 15 years, could make you feel like the most important person in the world. His love for every person he encountered and his dedication to living his life out for Jesus is something that continues to inspire and encourage anyone who had the honor of knowing him," wrote Ed Holmes in a GoFundMe page set up for Solomon and his wife, Candace.
