Mercer Island Schools Closed Thursday

Kids are getting another day off from school, as the Mercer Island School District has canceled classes for Thursday because of the weather.

All activities and building use are canceled, according to an update on the district's website.

Private schools on Mercer Island, including , , and have all announced school is canceled due to the snow and ice.
