Siyu Tibbs of Mercer Island Named to University of Houston Dean's List

Siyu Tibbs, a University of Houston (UH) retailing and consumer sciences major and resident of Mercer Island, was among more than 6,700 students who made the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester.
