A 90-year-old woman reported that about $14,640 in cash and jewelry disappeared from her home after suspects asked to use the bathroom Monday evening.
The woman, who lives in the 8200 block of Avalon Drive, told police that the suspects offered to repair her vehicle and followed her home, according to the police report.
After the suspects asked to use the bathroom, and after they left, she discovered that $90 in cash and thousands of dollars in jewelry were missing from her home.

The police said that suspects drove a black SUV.

- Two women reported having mail stolen from an unlocked mailbox in thr 3400 block of 74th Avenue SE between March 15 and 19. The mail was recovered in the 3300 block of 72nd Avenue Southeast and the 3400 block of 72nd Place Southeast.
- A Seattle man. 46, was identified as a possible suspect after a 90-year-old man reported that his checkbook was stolen in February and $19,000 in checks were cashed. The victim knows the suspect, according to the police report.
