When I-90 Will Close For SeaFair Blue Angels Air Shows
Expect intermittent closures of I-90 over Lake Washington for SeaFair beginning Thursday.
MERCER ISLAND, WA - The skies above Lake Washington are rumbling with the sound of blasting F/A-18 Hornet engines, and that can only mean one thing: it's SeaFair time.
The centerpiece air show, including with the Air Force's Blue Angels, will force the closure of I-90 between Seattle and Mercer Island over the next few days. The Blue Angels will practice Thursday, closing I-90 for over three hours total. The real airplane and jet performances begin Friday.

- Thursday: 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; and 1 to 2:45 p.m.
- Friday: 12:55 to 2:45 p.m.
- Saturday: 12:55 to 2:45 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:55 to 2:45 p.m.
