2021 Primary Ballots Mail Soon In Pierce County
Later this month, registered voters will receive their primary ballots in the mail ahead of Election Day on Aug. 3. Here's what to expect.
PIERCE COUNTY, WA — The 2021 Primary Election is fast approaching, and ballots will be headed to registered voters by next weekend. The primary contests include all races with three or more candidates seeking the same office, while contests with just one or two candidates head straight to November ballots. Voters in several cities will see city council or mayoral races on their primary ballots, along with a handful of school districts.
Voters living within East Pierce Fire & Rescue's jurisdiction will also see two propositions on primary ballots, including a new levy and a proposed multi-year increase on the levy lid.
