Fatal dog attack

Help sought for Denali

Help sought in death of Denali

On Saturday, August 10, between 5:30-6:30 p.m. a small dachshund was attacked by a larger dog at the Rialto Beach parking lot. The owner of the smaller dog, which sadly died from those injuries, is asking for help from anyone that may have witnessed the attack to please share what they saw and maybe help find the other dog and owner.

The larger dog was unleashed and the owner said after the attack that he had just taken the leash and muzzle off to put the dog into the truck. The dog was brown and white, looked to be a pit or boxer. The owner had an older truck, dark green with a canopy. The owner was a Caucasian male, with a long goatee, blonde hair, about 6ft. tall. He had a little girl with him. The dog that was attacked was on leash and was being walked through the parking lot.

If someone got the attack on video or even took pictures that might include the truck’s license plate the owner of the deceased dachshund would like to talk to you. Please contact Stephanie Amber Murphy via social media and/or phone 253-355-1418 or 815-501-0387.

We were also left with a $3500 Vet bill. A GoFundMe has been set up, if you can help please message me or go to my page for our link. Every penny helps, thank you in advance for those who are able to help out. ❤️
