Feedback Wanted On City's Property Vacation Proposal

The Puyallup City Council will consider a proposal to vacate a portion of property along Third Avenue Northwest at its May 14 meeting.

PUYALLUP, WA — The city council next Tuesday will hold a public hearing to allow residents an opportunity to provide feedback on a proposal to vacate a piece of property along Third Avenue Northwest.

The hearing will take place after 6:30 p.m. May 14, during the scheduled Puyallup City Council meeting in the council chambers at Puyallup City Hall, located at 333 S. Meridian.

The property being discussed is located "north of the north property line of parcel 5870000100 and south of the south property line of parcels 5870000120 and 5870000110, having a length of 292.41 feet and a width of 60 feet," according to city officials.

All residents are welcome to provide their comments. For those who can't attend the meeting, however, written comments will be accepted by mail to the city clerk at City of Puyallup, 333 S. Meridian, Puyallup, WA, 98371.
