What accomplishments brought you to the Daffodil Festival?
I've always strived to do well in all my classes, be a friend to everyone, serve as a good example to those around me, and be the change I want to see in the world. I was drawn to the Daffodil Festival because it seemed to be an organization that reached out to help lift others up through service; that's something I wanted to be a part of.

What are your future plans? My future plans entail attending a 4-year university to major in nutritional sciences and dietetics, with a minor in anthropology. My ambition is to become a dietician--exploring the science of food moreso than the art. I'd like to be a part of making a healthy lifestyle more readily available to everyone; to spread important information and knowledge that everyone deserves to know; and change lives.

Who is someone you admire? Someone I admire immensely is Queen Esther of Persia. She was such a strong, beautiful, and intelligent woman with values, faith, and a knowledge of the worth of all souls. She never forgot who she was, even in the presence of kings; she stood for righteousness.

In 10 years, I will be … A former Daffodil Princess, a Bethel High School Graduate, a college graduate, a registered dietician, an avid volunteer for the community, (hopefully) a wife and mother, and happy with how far I've progressed in my life.

One of my hidden talents is … I'm extremely detailed with my planner; it's more important than my cell phone. My friends pass it around to look through it during class because it's so organized and thorough...and then they laugh.
