A note from Puyallup PD on the city's Fourth of July events:

Puyallup PD officers join residents to celebrate July 4 holiday (Puyallup Police Department)

The 4th of July festivities in Pioneer Park were well-attended.

Manorwood Park also had a great 4th of July community parade! The squad assisted with this grand event once again this year. The neighborhood kids followed officers driving the new ORV! All the kids had a terrific time. Lots of PPD stickers/tattoos were distributed, root-beer floats, food, and mostly fun were had by all.

Thanks for our Fire Marshals that were out last night handling fireworks calls late into the evening. We are grateful for this partnership with fire as it allows patrol to focus on the PD calls. PPD did, however, thwart Barbie’s bottle rocket mission to the moon.
