Registration Opens Thursday For Graham Vaccine Clinic

The event will be offering the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Here's how to claim a spot.

PIERCE COUNTY, WA — The Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department's next pop-up vaccine clinic will be in Graham.

Wednesday the health department announced they'd be hosting a vaccine clinic this Saturday, March 13. Notably, unlike previous clinics which offered the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, this clinic will be serving up the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Registration for the clinic will open at 10 a.m. Thursday. When it does, a link to apply will be posted on the health department's website at http://tpchd.org/vaxtothefuture.

Anyone who wants a shot at this clinic will need to act quickly: the last few clinics have filled up in just minutes.

As with other TPCHD vaccination clinics, to qualify for a shot you should work or live in Pierce County. Applicants must also be in Phases 1A or 1B1 of the state's vaccination plan.

  • Health care workers.
  • Medical first responders.
  • Teachers and school support staff.
  • Residents and staff of long-term care facilities.
  • Anyone 65 and older.
  • Residents 50 or older and who live in a multigenerational household.
